It's long and expensive... And no, quality is not about this place. This is the first time I've seen an advance payment at a car wash. Moreover, as it turned out, the amount may change significantly due to the "oversight" of the very "watchman" who inspected the car without glasses, and therefore did not see what needed to be seen (from the explanation of the same watchman).

Disgusting! This is the first time I have applied to this service and I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the organization of processes and the attitude towards the client's property. The main claims: Non-compliance with the timing. I made an appointment at 09:00 and handed over the keys at 08:30. Despite this, work began only after 13:00. Complete inconsistency between the actions of the craftsmen and the acceptance. Strange diagnosis. At first, the manager assured that the bearing did not need to be changed, and after 50 minutes he called back and informed about the urgent need to replace the same unit. This raises questions about the professionalism of the diagnosticians. Unauthorized vehicle operation. At 18:53, walking along the Eastern Bypass (being nearby), I personally saw my car moving along the road under the control of one of the service station managers. At the same time, I had all the documents for the car with me, which makes any trips of employees around the city illegal. 20 minutes later, the car pulled into the service area. The manager who was driving the car simply replied that he "wasn't working on my car, and that employee had already left." The question of why and where he drove my car without documents and my consent remained unanswered. Violation of cash discipline. After paying for the services, I was never given a receipt.
