The idea is excellent, the execution is not very good. The room is huge and spacious, the location is good, the interior details are interesting. It's inconvenient in the bathroom without a dryer - there's nowhere to dry the towels, so you throw them on the floor to be replaced with new ones. It's the same with wet clothes after the rain — you hang them on a chair, because there's nowhere to go. There is no coat rack at the entrance - you drag it across the room to the closet. It's probably easier in the summer. In the rain, again, the jacket needs to be dried somewhere. The worst part is the construction site under the window and the room opposite the maid's room. In the morning, some people start thundering outside, while others loudly discuss all the news of the world inside. In the shower, the water itself switches to a contrasting shower - either boiling water or cold. The room was not cleaned the day before departure. If this is the policy of the hotel, it would be better to warn about it. Because see above about the raw towels. Breakfast is OK; beds/pillows/blankets/linens are great; there are shower accessories, a terry dressing gown and disposable slippers are great. Every day they add new bottles of drinking water, which is great. There are umbrellas, which is convenient. The view of Ararat is fantastic. He justifies all the shortcomings.

Excellent hotel, lovely large rooms with a large bathroom, stunning views of Ararat, very helpful staff. The hotel is new, clean, daily cleaning and linen change too. There are breakfasts. The air conditioning is at the highest level. In general, a wonderful hotel. It is a little far from the center, 15-20 minutes on foot, but 10 minutes away is a large shopping supermarket Yerevan City, where you can buy all the products. There is a Urartu restaurant nearby, where the most delicious kebabs in Yerevan are served

Very nice view from the terrace, good room facilities. 4 stars for the terrible sound insulation of windows and window slopes, which makes it feel completely absent from the street or the street in the room. And the construction site next door will immerse you in the wonderful world of the hammer drill until midnight. I only returned to the room so early once, so I wasn't badly hurt, but tourists with children will have a fun packing. The breakfasts are meager, I had enough, but for those who are used to online, they may not like it.

A cozy hotel on the edge of the Hrazdan gorge. Mashtots is a 7-minute walk away. The rooms are not without idiotic bitcoin solutions, but they are spacious and clean. The breakfasts are quite modest. From the terrace of the last floor, where the restaurant has a magnificent view of Ararat. The prices in the restaurant are exorbitant.

A wonderful hotel! The rooms are super - dedicated to outstanding people - Armenia Tomorrow on the open veranda on the 4th floor overlooking the legendary Hrazdan stadium where the USSR football champion Ararat played Where is the Ararat brandy factory visible from? 5 minutes and you are on Saryan Street 15 minutes and you have reached the cascade ! The food and people are wonderful!!!

The staff is very helpful. We were able to check into the room early, immediately upon arrival. They also treated me to breakfast right away. Very clean. We were with a child, my daughter likes to play with curtains, there was not even dust! The breakfast is very tasty!! Gorgeous view of Ararat from the window (to the cognac factory, not to the mountain).

We stayed at this hotel in January 2020. It is located near the center. The room is large, everything you need is there. Buffet breakfast. Food for every taste. They didn't leave hungry. The only drawback is instant coffee. The hotel staff is polite. Any request (early check-in, private tour) has been fulfilled.

This is the first time I have come across such "Armenian hospitality". To begin with, the photos of the rooms do not correspond to reality: the room turned out to be smaller than indicated, there is no kettle or iron, the balcony overlooks the construction site, the floorboards on the balcony are broken, which turned out to be simply dangerous: you can get stuck by standing on a broken floorboard. And yes: forget about Ararat, it doesn't exist!!! The wall of the Ararat brandy factory is visible from the balcony, I don't know if the Armenian humor has been updated. Well, then the miracle is wonderful: I'll throw it out of the paid room!!! Apparently Armenian dementia! And when I handed over the keys, the hospitable officers had memory lapses again: they forgot to return the money. I had to "perform resuscitation actions" to restore my memory. By the way, the Armenians themselves have no idea what kind of miracle Apricot is.

In general, you can live. One of the advantages is a large room and a pleasant interior. Bottles of water are brought to the room every day. There are more disadvantages. Quite far from the center. The windows overlook a very noisy street with heavy traffic. There is no sound insulation. The towels are gray, dilapidated, with holes, it is urgently necessary to change them, it is indecent to give such towels to guests. There is one dim chandelier in the room. The breakfasts are weak. Fried eggs and scrambled eggs fried in butter. You can only eat rolls and cheese. And sometimes the fruits are good. Anyway, I wouldn't come here a second time.
