I visited the hotel for 3 years, everything was pretty decent, in the same year the hotel frankly deteriorated: everything became shabby, the rooms were poorly cleaned, the staff was absolutely lazy (they recruited young guys who trample from corner to corner from idleness), the food was disgusting, there were empty opponents, although a buffet was announced. And if there is at least something left, then it is cold and not appetizing. The staff does not hesitate to collect food from the tables and put the untouched cutlets back on the distribution. Almost every night, loud music is blaring at the entire hotel in an outdoor cafe, even the closed door to the balcony does not help to get rid of it. Wi-fi works intermittently, hot water is turned off at night around 22.00, the pool is not cleaned, bundles of hair are lying there, the pool outside is very cold and dirty with a huge number of ants, the sun beds are all broken, everything creaks and falls off. The high chairs in the dining room are always dirty with food stuck from previous children. The hair dryer in my room turns off on its own when it gets very tired. The air conditioner also works every other time. It is impossible to fall asleep from the operation of the refrigerator, it is very noisy. The billiard table is just a shame. I will never come here again. Toys are broken in the children's room, there is nothing but sand, slides and markers.
