A place where you want to return to - perhaps that's the best way to say about this coffee shop. It's cozy, everywhere you look, it's pleasant to the eye, even the ceiling. Serving coffee and desserts is sooooo "delicious" - I haven't tried it yet, but it's already high. The baristas are polite and cultured. This place is 10 out of 10 on the map.

To be honest, it's a terrible place, especially the service. The taste of coffee is shallow, coffee lovers are not here, but that's not the problem. The staff is absolutely tactless and arrogant, especially a young girl with black hair who also allows herself to flirt with male visitors in the workplace. Employees allow themselves to mock the choice of drinks of visitors, look askance, whisper to each other, two-faced attitude towards customers. It's not very nice to get such an unpleasant attitude when you pay them money. Of the staff, I like only barista Sergey, polite and tactful. What else can I say: they constantly lack certain ingredients, so there is not much choice, despite the large menu. Desserts are sometimes stale and like "rubber", they are not heated. It is better to choose another place with more adequate staff, prices and product quality.

The coffee shop has sunk to the level of a cheap eatery. 1) the letters on the wall menu are still not glued. (But they printed out a cheap piece of paper with the entire menu) 2) the quality of coffee preparation has dropped to the unthinkable. The coffee drink Frappe is 10% coffee with milk, 70% foam and 20% cream, and there is no chocolate topping (open a photo on the Internet and you will see a real frappe). And ice is added heartily (in another coffee shop, a full-fledged frappe without foam, it would seem why?) , and I won't set foot in this institution. In the photo is the same "frappe", and exactly the breed of it.
