I placed the order at 17:37. I was told that the delivery would take a maximum of 1-1.5 hours, but the order was delivered only at 19:46. Because of your irresponsibility, the children were left hungry at the birthday party, and I had to go to the store and cook the food myself. No compensation and no liability. Only the female courier apologized, although it was obvious that the delay was not her fault. Such a service is simply unacceptable. After you ruined part of the children's party, I will never order from you again.

The delivery was terrible, of course, the pizza was probably delicious, but we only got pizza porridge stuck together because of the cheese, maybe you can already do something with the couriers?

Ordered a delivery with friends and lost the mood for the evening, brought some pizzas the size of children, what is there??? Five pizzas for four, 3 micro slices per person will get........ It's easier to make cheese sandwiches at home and it will taste better. The mood is spoiled, I will no longer order pizza at this restaurant
