I wanted to cancel the order because I got it mixed up with KFC. The order hasn't started cooking yet. They refused to cancel the order because the payment was by card. The gyros itself tastes disgusting. I tried it once in another place and vowed never to eat in this grid again. But then I made a mistake and once again I was convinced that it tasted just disgusting.

It takes a very long time to prepare an order, and there is an electronic queue, but in it my ticket has already passed the in progress stage, moved to ready, disappeared from ready, and I have not yet received the food. I've been waiting for 30 minutes.
