Расположена в парке Остров Фортов. Наверху - смотровая площадка. Внизу площадка посвящённая истории Военно-морского флота России.

Слушайте, поздно вечером очень красиво и завораживающее зрелище, днём... Хмммм, что то в этом есть, но для тех кто не понимает о чем речь, будет странновато
