I'm terribly upset that we contacted this company. We ordered 3 Roman blinds + one regular one for the balcony. One of the curtains came with a yellow spot (1cm in diameter). The director of the company, Lana, denied everything, but nevertheless took the curtains to try to get rid of the stain. As a result, we got an area with streaks of 10-15 cm of blue-green color, and in the middle of this area, a pronounced spot measuring about 3 by 3 cm. To which Lana replied, "The yellow spot is gone! You just don't want to take the curtains away and you're nagging." Incompetence, lack of professionalism, and no loyalty to customers. Despite the first positive impressions, communication with Lana crossed everything out. I wanted to end it as soon as possible and never meet again. The only advantage is a large selection of fabrics, and a good seller, Tatiana.
