Complaint about the Hunkemöller company I am extremely disappointed with the quality of service and the refund procedure at Hunkemoller. On August 21, I returned a white bra purchased through your online store to the Hunkemoller store in the Gallery shopping center. The product turned out to be defective: instead of white, it was yellowish, had signs of wear, as well as an internal defect — unstitched bones. When making a refund on August 21, the store's specialist clarified the information for a long time, but assured me that no information about the bank, card or postal address was needed, and the money would automatically be returned to the card from which the payment was made. I emphasized separately that I had received the goods through Euromail, but they confirmed to me that the refund would be on the card. Unfortunately, as of August 28, the money has not been received. I had to call the online store on my own. After an internal clarification, I received a call back and was informed that I needed to send my bank details via the Telegram channel, which I could not find a link to on your website. Next, I sent the necessary information by e-mail, but again I received a reply that "the contract number for card replenishment and refund is not suitable." It's just a nightmare! Instead of the expected time savings, I got a lot of problems and disappointment. It's already August 31st, and my money still hasn't been returned. The question arises: how long would I have to wait if I hadn't taken the initiative and started calling myself to find out the situation? I urge you to immediately investigate my situation and make a refund. Such an attitude towards customers and the lack of organization of the return process are unacceptable.

Unfortunately, you can't select the app on the map, so I left a review here, maybe the management will see it. I placed an order for delivery by Yandex, and the app created the order without asking for any payment. They called back the next day and said they wouldn't send it without prepayment. Ok. I made another order on 03/6/26 at 6 a.m., paid, wanted delivery on 03/8/26. At 16:00, they called back and said that delivery was only on 03/9/26, although it is indicated in the application and on the website the day after the order. The request to place a pickup order was refused. There is supposedly no faster delivery. The money that was paid on 06.03 has not been returned so far, although it is already 09.03. the same situation with the spouse's account wanted to place an order even earlier. How can you treat a person who made an order in a few days like that?
