Marins Hotel Nizhny Novgorod was truly my second home during my time in NN. I stayed here almost every week, around 3 days at a time, for more than 5 months, and the hotel became part of my daily life and memories in Russia. What I miss most is not only the hotel itself, but the atmosphere around it — the cold winter mornings, the view of the city, walking near the Lenin statue, stopping by Perekrestok supermarket after work, and coming back to the warm lobby after freezing outside. Those simple routines became unforgettable memories for me. The location is very convenient, rooms were comfortable for long stays, and the staff was always supportive and professional. After staying this many times, it stopped feeling like a hotel and started feeling like home. Whenever I think about Nizhny Novgorod, Marins Park Hotel is one of the first things that comes to my mind. Спасибо for the memories.

Настроение от проживания было подпорчено. Единственный плюс отеля — хороший завтрак: шведский стол достойный, выбор большой, всё свежее. А дальше — сплошные недочёты для отеля категории 4 звёзды. При заезде номер оказался не убран, меня переселили в улучшенный стандарт, но и там не было базовых вещей: нет банного халата и шапочки для душа, из посуды — только один стакан (нет тарелок, чашек, приборов, чайника), нет блокнота и ручки. Бутилированную воду дали только при заселении. На просьбу пополнить администратор ответил, что она положена один раз при заселении, но это не соответствует уровню 4 звёзд. Туалетные принадлежности (мыло, лосьон, зубной набор) не пополняли автоматически: я каждый день звонила администратору, и только после этого их приносили. Отдельно неприятно, что персонал не здоровается, из‑за этого сервис ощущается совсем не на уровне отеля, который претендует на 4 звезды.

This was our second visit to your hotel. Always nice and clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Lovely breakfast buffet. I especially want to mention the lovely lady at the curio shop. Always friendly and sharing interesting stories of the history of some of the curios in the shop. We will definitely visit again. Can recomend your hotel to all. Thank you.
