The worst bank, arranged the delivery of the card within the country in Minsk. The card was not delivered, no one knows where it is, and there is no tracking code. Support does not work at all, I spent 2 days to find out that they do not know where the card is and are not responsible. Do not apply for this bank card! Especially if you are a foreigner.

The most demanding consultation of all banks: they could not properly explain to me why it was necessary to issue a digital one first, and only then a second plastic one, but a digital one cannot be issued immediately without a plastic one and you have to pay for a plastic one, such as 300byn for urgency. It's not urgent for me, but I still need to pay 300byn. It sounded like nonsense from an amorphous girl consultant.

Just a terrible bank, the card was blocked, I was left without money abroad, I have not been able to get through to support from roaming for 3 hours! I ordered callbacks, wrote to the tg chat, 0 replies. It's just a nightmare
