PVZ on the 3rd floor, Pavilion 326, is in the row closest to the elevators/entrance, with an illuminated ozone sign hanging at the top. I don't know if I was lucky or unlucky with other clients, but I didn't have any questions when working with either a man or a woman. There were no queues for more than 3 people, the staff were polite, and orders were given out in full.

The point is located close to home, so I often order here. But one of the employees (an older man) is not very attentive. Today I did not give out one product from the order, but, on the contrary, I gave away the extra product. The order was picked up by another person, so they didn't immediately notice.

I've never had any problems at this pick-up point, but today I encountered rudeness from the teenagers who were there. I managed to enter the point, which was quietly open and the previous client literally finished in front of me, but I was immediately chased away without a "hello" with the phrase that the point was closed. I asked where the sign was, and they told me it wasn't there, since they had decided to leave right now to receive the goods. Moreover, even when I left the pavilion, none of the 3 young people came up to cover it and put up a sign about the break. In other words, are they planning to send all visitors away in a rough manner?
