Terrible service. It was May 30th. We decided to have a snack before watching the movie. We ordered small burgers and fries. It took a long time, but that's not the worst part. When the order was ready, I had to wait 15 minutes in line to pick it up. Everyone was working very slowly and elementary in the face of not being able to find an order. Then, instead of being issued, the girl started talking to people she knew who came up. There was an order on the table all the time we were waiting. As a result, everything was cold and we were late for the movie. If it hadn't been for the movie, I would have definitely left a review in the complaint book, since you need to have a conscience, and not go to a job that you can't handle.

On 18.12 we decided to have a snack with my husband before going to the cinema. We arrived earlier on purpose, as we know about the often long wait. This is not the main complaint, although there are questions here: in 30+ minutes of waiting for a small order (one burger + a small combo), you can already get a salad with a drink in the restaurant. But we were ready to wait, we wanted fast food. As a result, the burgers were cold... but that's not the main thing. I'm attaching a photo of what my grilled hamburger looked like. I know perfectly well what goes in there, but is it really okay to give something like this? Alone?! a circle of cucumber and a spit (sorry, I can't say otherwise) of sauce. The potatoes and nuggets were fine. I'm not a fussy customer at all, I've worked in catering and the service sector myself, and therefore I can't imagine how you can give this to a person. The staff didn't have time to clarify this point, so I decided to leave a review.

It would be possible to put 0 stars, I would put zero. There is 1 person at the checkout and checkout during the steaming period. The queues grew to 25 people just to pay for the order. Then the second girl came and the two of them stood at the check-out, where there were 5 people in the queue. A request to send 1 person to the cashier was sent. As a result, I had to stand in line for 40 minutes alone, everything was cold. Orders are not signed, so the girl who is on the delivery list searches for the right order for 5 minutes, looking into each package. Awful.
