Five stars! Many thanks to consultant Roman for his professionalism and top-of-the-line service!I came to the store after a hard day and 15,000 steps on my feet. Roman is a real pro. He didn't just take out the boxes, but delved into my problem in detail (wide foot, chafing little finger) and put everything on the shelves. We compared a bunch of models, from the trendy technological Asics and On Running to the New Balance classics. Roman honestly explained all the nuances of the pads, dissuaded them from harsh options that would definitely not differ, and helped them choose the perfect size (in the end, they settled on 42.5, and this was a salvation!). He insisted on the correct test right in front of the mirror for a tired foot, gave valuable recommendations on lacing and care. As a result, he left in perfect gray New Balance 530. My fingers are finally breathing and resting, and the sneakers themselves fit smartly under a dark blue hoodie and jeans. Roman has a special respect for patience, cool knowledge of the match and a human attitude. Thank you to the store for the original product and such staff! I recommend it! Mo
