We were extremely dissatisfied with the quality of the dishes and, unfortunately, faced serious consequences. 1. My dish (Poke with tuna):The taste was extremely strange and unusual. It's hard to describe, but the fish had some kind of uncharacteristic, questionable taste, which was clearly different from fresh tuna. 2. My husband's dish (Poke with salmon):The situation is much more serious. After consuming this poke, my husband developed all the signs of severe food poisoning: severe nausea, repeated vomiting, diarrhea, weakness. The symptoms appeared within 1 hour after eating.
