I had to write a review to warn customers. The store does not want to be responsible for the warranty obligations. After contacting me about a low-quality product that had deteriorated before the warranty period, the store replied that it was my fault, and I also had to pay for the examination. It's a pity that the store doesn't value its customers. I contacted the consumer rights service, I hope they will help me, it's strange that the store is not afraid of complaints!!! There are no questions for the sellers, they just verbally confirmed that this is a warranty case.

27. 07.2026 The situation is, three people stood in line at the checkout for half an hour, since there is no staff, when asked to call another specialist, they replied: "everyone is busy" But in fact, there was no one in the hall, even when choosing shoes, they did not find a consultant, they also fight at the checkout, the buyer (client) for the employee is a stain to which he does not react. The impression of the service is terrible, after that I don't want to go to this store, although the selection of the assortment is good and decent. Please figure it out

A good store with a wide range of goods, there are clothes, stationery, chemicals, costume jewelry, perfumes, a wide range of goods at reasonable prices. Thanks to the creators, they were on Kosmanaftov Avenue, moved to Yanka Kupala in Trinity.
