I would like to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service and the build quality of the order. We ordered three combos. Two of them came at a standard cost (5.50 rubles), and for the third combo we were charged 7 rubles, as we chose another, more expensive burger.As a result, when we opened the order, we found three absolutely identical cheap burgers. That is, the cashier took an additional payment for another position, but forgot to give it to the kitchen staff. The money for the more expensive burger has been written off, but in fact a cheap analogue from the standard combo has been issued. This is a direct miscalculation of the buyer.Such a service completely spoils the appetite and impression of the establishment. I'm in a bad mood, and I don't want to come back to you or recommend you to my friends after this.I demand to understand the situation, check the cameras/receipt and return the money. The receipt is attached.

I am extremely disappointed with this place. The child broke a tooth on a potato, I'll attach a photo from the top. They didn't give me any water, they didn't even put tubes and lids, napkins, and they didn't even give me a tray. The girl serving us was extremely rude. There were no nuggets, the potatoes were cold and not salty, and there was very little sauce in the burgers.

We ordered a double cheeseburger, but it didn't end up being double, and it didn't look like a cheeseburger at all We also ordered a chicken burger, but we did everything with beef.
