the bank is great, the specialists are masters of their craft. BUT to hand over the proceeds (bring the money to the bank), the PROBLEM is to queue for at least 30-40 minutes to a specialist, or even an hour. And another queue to stand at the checkout.... BUT either at the cashier or at the specialists there is a break / lunch / end of the working day. I visit the bank often, it takes a lot of time, and there is a desire to carry money to another bank....

Disgusting! They took dollars from Alfa Bank's (dollar) card, and the ATM issued a torn bill. In the same branch, they refused to exchange this bill for a whole one, and they also refused to exchange it for white rubles. At the same time, they refused to watch the cameras and banking as confirmation. It was said that "an ATM cannot issue such a thing," as if we had torn up this bill ourselves. However, the cameras still refused to watch. It was said by the cashier Lyudmila Vysotskaya that there was the same problem an hour before us, but since there was more strain, the previous person changed the bill with the approval of the management. They also refused to call the management about our problem. I don't recommend this branch or the bank as a whole to anyone.
