The store looks nice but what's on the website doesn't match what's in store. Went all the way for nothing. Very disappointed.

I bought a set of 2016 concepts here, I'm just shocked. I'm a long-time MLP fan, so I grabbed it without hesitation. I was also surprised that there is a nendoroid Nagisa Furukawa from the Clan, I was thinking about this anime that only I and its creator remember... There's a lot of stuff here, I really liked it, I also took a carbon monoxide magnet with Leon Kennedy, a keychain of a zip zip zap zap cat, sanrio cards because I'm a fierce fan of kitty's hells, I also took Naruto cards and an open figure of a concept :333

I wanted to get an acrylic keychain. I was already familiar with this type of trinket, I had ordered it before, but in another place, but by chance it was broken. For a while, I went without a backpack hanger, but this emptiness still haunted my soul. The idea of buying came and went to me, because I still had no idea what kind of image to use: I wanted something so bright and funny. And so, for several days in a row, a creative trend has been flashing in my feed to draw a funny meme with a bug-eyed chibi. That's what you need! I want to! Armed with a stylus, something similar was created: (1st attachment) I had to go through several sites in order to find at least one where they offer curly keyring design: for the most part, you can order a square, rectangular or heart-shaped format. Not much, but here he is! A website featuring a beautiful and mysterious picture with an exclamation mark in the form of a curly keychain. You can also order a custom size! In addition, the store has a physical building and good reviews. --The order process-- .Uploaded the image .Added it to the cart .I left an order .They called me and clarified the details. The girl manager was quite nice. .After that, they wrote to me on Viber and informed me that the waiting period was 2 weeks. .Soon, I also received a message saying that as soon as the order was sent, a text message with a track code would also be delivered. And so it was. The moment of waiting has arrived. After receiving the track code, I obsessively tracked where my wishlist was going, which cost me $12 in total. And that's the moment...! Having received the parcel in her hands, she hurried to open it....I haven't felt such disappointment in a long time. Apart from the fact that the image itself was mirrored (which I was not warned about. It wouldn't be difficult for me to flip the picture in advance). The image turned out to be excessively contrasting and saturated, not very clear. There are a lot of artifacts of printing and greening, where the color is white (which should not be there, because the skin is beige). Mud. And the coolest thing: Scratches! There was no protective film on either the front or back of the keychain. About the advantages: + We got in touch quickly + Clarify possible nuances + It is possible to order a custom size + Pleasant manager Cons: -They didn't warn you about mirroring -Terrible printing with artifacts and poor color rendering -Lack of protective film, which caused scratches - Obscure dirt - The price. For such quality, such a price tag is too much even for a 10 cm keychain. I give a star only for attentive staff.
