It's a terrible attitude. I asked about the issue of opening roaming in another country. The consultant served: the woman mumbled something indifferently to herself and still did not conduct any counseling. After a couple of days, I decided to come back for the same question. This time, there was already a male consultant. Using the application, he suggested how to connect, etc., explained that there would be no Internet for the first 24 hours, but the lock could be lifted using the same link for free and without Internet. But upon arrival in the country, my network was not working at all, I couldn't even make a phone call. The link came, but I couldn't go to it, because I was thrown out of Yandex. The result is almost two days without Internet and network. I had to call support and resolve the issue, as we were prompted to connect to another network. Question: why are the employees so irresponsible, what was the problem? Explain it clearly? Half of the vacation was ruined. I do not recommend this place!!!!!

They sold it as a full unlimited , without saying that the full unlimited is only called . 30 GB is given, the speed is running out, nothing is falling, and you need to buy additional Internet
