Excellent pick-up point. The girl behind the counter is polite and friendly. The ordered product has a fresh expiration date and is cheaper than in other stores. I recommend.

There are no complaints about the PVZ, I am writing exclusively to the address of the online store itself. I placed an order on August 17th. The delivery time is not specified anywhere, which is very inconvenient. There is a Telegram bot, but it has the same information as in your personal account. Well, I thought that the delivery time to the PVZ was 2-3 days. As a result, on August 19, I already started to worry, they say, where? I dialed the operator, they said they would bring it on Friday, and when it could be picked up, it was unknown, I would have to receive an SMS to the phone number. It's been Friday, Sat, and Sun. As a result, it was only on August 24 that the notification arrived that it was possible to pick up. If you order in this online store, then only if you have a lot of time to wait for your order.

Good service. Everything is clear, fast, friendly staff. A request to the management: please make a table (albeit small) for packing purchases.
