I would like to share the extremely negative experience I had in the perfume island. My visit to this place has left an extremely unpleasant impression, and I feel the need to express my displeasure. Firstly, the service was at a completely unacceptable level. The seller, a blonde girl, constantly left her post, leaving customers without attention for a long time — for half an hour or more. This created a feeling of complete disregard for customers and their needs. In addition, I was shocked that the seller behaved extremely inappropriately, loudly and obscenely communicating with a colleague from a neighboring island. This level of volume and aggression was completely unacceptable in the mall, creating an atmosphere of discomfort for all customers. This not only distracted from the process of choosing perfumes, but also caused a feeling of awkwardness. I hope that the management of this island will take measures to improve the quality of service and staff training. Otherwise, I see no point in returning to this place or recommending it to others.
