I had to return the car DVR due to the discrepancy between the parameters stated. They were allegedly taken for an "expert examination", after which they returned with the conclusion "no defect found", although several shortcomings were recorded in the act. During the trial, it turned out that the sellers basically did not understand how the DVR worked, but they refused to invite an employee sitting under the sign "expert", explaining that this was not an expert, but just a film sticker. As a result, the first act of handing over the goods was technically illiterate. The second act, written under my dictation, contained spelling and punctuation errors, which I had to correct. They refused to provide me with a replacement product because, according to the sellers, "it is not significant." When calling the call center, the answering voice explained that they only give replacement goods to those who bought an extended warranty. The conclusion is that this company lives by its own laws, often ignoring the laws of the host country. The constantly imposed "service" of labeling protective film on brand new phones deserves special attention. Despite the fact that the quality of factory films in Honor and Huewei smartphones is significantly higher than the "five-element" ones, the network's sellers impose a sticker on their films at exorbitant prices, especially assiduously over buyers of retirement age and those who come from the countryside.
