Among the many places of this type, this place is filled with positivity and understanding of their business. Polite staff, delicious coffee (especially ice lattes), cleanliness and pleasant interior! I was very pleased with the PET FRIENDLY rule. When I asked for a cup to pour water for the dog (+30 outside), I did not encounter neglect or reading out a bunch of rules that are not allowed, etc. It is clear that among the collective farm stereotypes and outdated misconceptions throughout the CIS regarding pets, SHAG is a modern and high-quality space for recreation. I was very disappointed to visit this coffee shop. The coffee at that price wasn't tasty enough — I expected more. We were also disappointed by the restrictions on the choice of syrups: there are very few of them, and it is not indicated anywhere which syrups are available, the taste of the syrups leaves much to be desired.In addition, the volume of drinks is the same — it's not very convenient if you want more or less. I hope the management will pay attention to these points and improve the quality and assortment.
