IT'S A SHAME!!! BAD PRODUCT, BAD SERVICE. HERE IS THE KEY DIFFERENCE: We bought a T-shirt with a price of 899 TL from the #kiğılı store in Antalya, 5M Migro, for the purpose of "let's support domestic brands and buy a quality product", if I remember correctly. After a while, when I wanted to leave, we saw that there was no seam of a section on the shoulder and we took the product back to the store. I am not in line with our expectations, or they said that they would take the product from us and send it to the center while returning, and they would evaluate the situation there and return to us. this is reading for 1 t-shirt, by the way. Dec. After 3 weeks have passed, they replied by SMS that they evaluated the product and said that they could not exchange or return it because there was no violation of the standards. Dec. So the standard of clothing is to sell a defective product from the factory to the customer, and then force the customer to wear it that way. As if it's not enough that you're not doing your job properly, you also don't have customer satisfaction concerns.
