I want to share my impressions about this store, the seller is young, dark, eternally dissatisfied, the roses were fresh the only time, but on July 9th my husband gave me 101 roses for our wedding anniversary, and on the 10th they stood with their buds down and not some of their powders did not help, a cool place in the apartment did not play a role pruning the tips did not help either, the bouquet was collected very carelessly scattered, I had to tie it up a little myself, in general, alas, there is little good. Yes, I forgot to say the ends of the rose petals, the so-called fresh ones are dry, this is also visible in the photo.

I ordered a bouquet with delivery on 03/04/2022 in advance. On the third day, two of the five rosebuds fell off. They didn't pick fresh flowers. Although they were convinced that all the flowers were fresh. I did not see the bouquet on the day of sending - I hoped for decency. Perhaps this review will save someone from my mistakes before ordering delivery. It turned out to be paid, although the site has information to the contrary. The bouquet was accompanied by a greeting card, which is ordered and paid separately. As I learned from the recipient, it was a postcard, BUT without congratulations. To my complaints about where the congratulations were, the company replied that it had signed everything and it couldn't be. I threw off the proof of the empty postcard, after which...the company went on to say that it was signed, but sorry. To my question, how to level the situation, the company offered no, not a discount from the store or something else, but to deliver the postcard separately after the holiday or to congratulate the recipient by phone. A spoon is good for lunch. After the holiday, there are more problems from postcard delivery than compensation. I have no complaints about the colors, they were good, but the sediment is very unpleasant.

I arrived in Bobruisk early in the morning at 7:00 on the way it was the nearest studio store, in general I went in, asked to arrange a bouquet of roses, as a result I was unpleasantly surprised several times: 1) when I heard that they were receiving goods now and they would not do anything ... 2) they started making a bouquet, but at the same time so much negativity was heard, as if I had come not to a flower studio but to a place unrelated to flowers; 3) The bouquet was made as follows - gorgeous roses simply stripped the leaves from the bottom of the stem and tied with a ribbon, believe me, even a person with one hand can do this, but it was assumed that professionals in their field work there. It could be written off that it was early in the morning, but for all this SERVICE they took an incomprehensible amount of money (in local prices, 6 kg of strawberries in equivalent). In general, it is not clear who wrote so many positive reviews. I do not recommend this place if you want to receive the expected service!
