About game
Word Sort is a cozy, casual puzzle in the spirit of water sort — but instead of colored liquid, the tubes are filled with words. Words from different topics are mixed across the tubes: animals, fruits, cities, music, sport and dozens of other categories. Your goal is to rearrange them so that each tube holds words of a single topic.
It is relaxing and addictive at the same time: calm visuals, soft sounds, no timers and no pressure. Hundreds of fresh levels with a smooth difficulty curve, hints when you get stuck, undo and level restart.
It is more than logic — you also train attention, vocabulary and general knowledge, because you have to quickly match each word to its category. Great for kids and adults alike.
How to play
The goal is to gather words of a single topic in every tube. 1. Tap the tube you want to take a word from: the top word (or a group of words of the same topic) will lift up. 2. Tap another tube to move it there. The word moves if that tube is empty, or its top word is of the same topic and there is free space. 3. Once a tube is full of words of one topic, it is complete and can no longer be changed. The level is solved when every tube is sorted by topic. Hints: the hint button shows a correct move when you are stuck. Undo takes back your last move (a few undos are free, then via a short ad), and Restart reshuffles the level from the start. If no moves are left, undo a move or restart the level. Tip: keep one or two tubes free to maneuver, and try not to bury words you need under others.
