About game
Take the Corner is a turn-based board strategy played solo against the AI. Move every piece from your starting corner into the opposite corner before the computer does.
Two board sizes: 8×8 with 9 pieces per corner, and 12×12 with 16 pieces. Three AI difficulties: easy, medium, hard. All of them are unlocked from the start, no progression gating. A win earns from 100 to 600 points per match: the multiplier grows with board size and difficulty. The cumulative score goes to a global leaderboard.
Pause anytime, undo a move by watching a rewarded ad, or turn on move hints. Progress and settings sync to the cloud through the Yandex Player API, so you can pick the game up on any device. Dark mode and three colour themes (nature, classic, candy) switch on the fly.
How to play
Goal: move every piece from your corner into the opposite one before your opponent does. One action per turn. A piece steps one cell up, down, left, or right. Or it jumps over an adjacent piece (yours or your opponent's) onto the empty cell behind it. If another piece sits next to the landing cell, you can jump again. A chain of jumps counts as a single turn. Pick the board size (8×8 or 12×12) and the AI level (easy, medium, hard) on the start screen. A human win earns from 100 points for an easy game on the small board up to 600 for a hard game on the large one. Points stack into a total that feeds the global leaderboard. Stuck? Undo your move by watching a rewarded ad. Turn on move hints in the settings, and the game will highlight every legal move for the selected piece.Game info
