About game
Shards of the Dungeon is a roguelite RPG with match-3 battles. Enter a magical dungeon, clear rooms, fight enemies, choose rewards and build a powerful run step by step.
Every move on the board affects combat. Swords deal damage, shields give armor, hearts restore health, mana powers spells, coins help in the shop, and magic shards support long-term progression. Between battles you can collect artifacts, spells, boosters and temporary upgrades.
Each run includes different room types: regular battles, elite enemies, events, shops, campfires and bosses. Even after defeat, part of your progress remains, helping you grow stronger for the next run.
How to play
Choose a hero and start a run. On the map, select the next room: battle, event, shop, campfire or boss. In battle, match three or more pieces. Swords damage enemies, shields give armor, hearts restore health, mana charges spells, coins give gold, and magic pieces power special effects. Watch the enemy intent and decide what matters most: attack, defend, heal, gather mana or collect gold. After winning a battle, choose one reward: an artifact, spell, booster, gold or stat upgrade. Clear rooms, create strong builds, defeat bosses and unlock new options. If your hero is defeated, use the shards you earned for permanent upgrades and begin the next run stronger.Game info
