⚔️ One stroke, one correct order of cuts, and the stalk drops with a pale face where the blade went through.
🗡️ 50 levels, 200 stands, 600 rounds. A level grows from two stands to six and a round from three targets to twelve, and every round continues the one before it: three cuts, then the same three plus two, then more.
🎮 Four places under twelve looks — the dojo at dawn, the village at noon, the grove at sunset, the pass in a blizzard. Three kinds of target: a row of bamboo, a thick stump, and fruit on a table. Five boss levels end in a row of twenty stalks, cut in three passes of the blade.
⭐ Six katanas and five elements — flame, frost, sakura, leaves and storm — bought with coins earned in play. Birds and a tanuki sit on the row; when the blade comes they fly off and leap clear, and nothing is ever harmed. There is no blood.
🕹️ Your progress is saved. Prompts can be turned off, and your score is unaffected either way.
How to play
Cut the stalks in the order shown. One wrong move or one moment too slow and the blade stops.
The order is shown first — read it while you can; then repeat it before the timer runs out. Keys: arrows or W A S D. Gamepad: D-pad or face buttons. Touch: tap above, below, left or right of your thumb.
There are only four directions. A gold prompt means hold; a red one means do not press at all — wait it out. You get three lives. A lost round starts over and nothing moves on until it is won; if the lives run out, the stand restarts rather than the whole level. Ten clean rounds in a row give a ×2 multiplier.
