"The Last Chat" is a short interactive chat novel in the genre of psychological detective and light thriller.
Lina, an unknown girl, writes to you at night. She woke up in the closed building B of the old training center, the phone is almost empty, and she can only contact you.
Read messages, choose answers, open photos and recordings, collect evidence and decide who to believe: Lina, the strange ARCHIVE system user, or your own logic.
Your decisions affect Lina's trust, the level of panic, the course of the investigation, and the finale. The game has several endings, including a secret one.
Controls
Read the chat messages and click on the response options at the bottom of the screen.
Some answers change Lina's trust, the level of panic, and the course of the investigation. Calm and attentive decisions help her hold on, abrupt ones can lead to a bad ending.
Open attachments: photos, magazines, printouts, and access cards. The evidence helps to understand what is happening in Building B and open up additional options.
Progress persists after important decisions and at the end of chapters. In the settings, you can change the sound, music, and the speed at which messages appear.
