About game
Manomaly is a fast-paced 2D action game set in a world shattered by a magical rift. Fight increasingly dense waves of ground and flying creatures, manage your mana, and use crumbling platforms to outmaneuver enemies.
After each wave, choose a temporary upgrade and shape a different combination of effects. Every fifth wave brings one of four random bosses, each with distinct attacks and clear warning signals.
Souls collected during a run are kept between attempts. Spend them in the hub across four permanent progression branches: Vitality, Magic, Combat, and Mobility. Normal mode gives you five health; Hard mode gives you one health and stronger rewards. Each run contributes to the leaderboard.
How to play
Move with A and D and jump with Space. Aim with the cursor and hold the left mouse button to fire magic projectiles. If mana is completely exhausted, firing is locked until 35% of the pool has recovered. Press E near a portal or monument. The portal lets you choose a Normal or Hard run. After clearing a wave, click one of three upgrades. Platforms begin to crumble after a proper landing, remain active for 10 seconds, and return after the wave. Tab opens the combat guide and pauses the fight; Esc opens the menu.Game info
