A career simulator where one turn equals a year of your life. You start at the very bottom in one of 10 jobs, from courier and janitor to doctor, programmer and official.
Every year opens with an event, then you spend action points: work for KPI, rest, study, scheme, take risks or slack off. You never have enough, and leftovers burn at year's end.
Watch four bars: stress at 100 is burnout, energy at 0 is exhaustion, reputation at 0 means the team pushes you out, and KPI decides whether you get promoted or fired.
But a career isn't only work. Talk to colleagues, pick up hobbies, take vacations, build relationships and a family. Spend your money on housing, image, transport, courses and a savings deposit.
Pick a company that fits your style — startup, state office or corporation — unlock traits and dozens of achievements. Every career ends its own way: retirement, dismissal or burnout. And the Connections you earn make your next life stronger.
How to play
Each turn is a year of your life, from age 25 to retirement. The year opens with an event: read it and pick an answer, that's free. Then you spend action points — four per year, covering everything: work, rest, study, scheme, take risks, talk to colleagues, do hobbies. Unspent points burn. Press "Next year" for your salary and report.
Mind four bars: stress at 100 is burnout, energy at 0 is exhaustion, reputation at 0 gets you pushed out. KPI drives your career: below the minimum you get a warning, two in a row means dismissal; hit the target and you're up for promotion.
KPI grows from the "Work" action, its payoff from your skill and paid courses. Without studying, top positions stay out of reach.
Don't neglect people or yourself: ignored colleagues drift away, and a year without hobbies stacks a stress penalty.
Money is spent on the "Life" screen: housing, image, transport, courses, deposit.
The ending earns Connections, unlocking jobs and bonuses for future careers.
