Jade Mahjong is a calm solitaire played with bone tiles. One rule: clear pairs of matching tiles that have nothing on top of them and a free left or right side. Empty the table and the level is done.
The tiles are deliberately large and readable, and they never shrink — not on a phone, not in landscape.
Features:
• Two tile sets, switched in the menu. "Garden" holds motifs of a Japanese garden: cherry blossom, lotus, bamboo, maple, wave, koi, moon, lantern, teapot and more. "Classic" is canonical: circles, bamboo, winds and dragons.
• A coloured stripe along the bottom edge is a second way to recognise a tile.
• Levels grow honestly: one layer at first, two on the second, then two more tiles per level.
• Stars for clearing a level without hints, and petals to spend on hints.
• No timer and no penalties: a wrong tap costs nothing.
• Unfinished games are saved, and a leaderboard keeps your best score.
A round takes a few minutes, and you can keep clearing tables as long as you like.
How to play
1. Tap a free tile, then a matching one — the pair leaves the table.
2. A tile is free when nothing lies on top of it and its left or right side is open. Covered tiles are dimmed and ignore taps.
3. Match by the drawing or by the coloured stripe: the colour says which tile it is, the stripe pattern says which group it belongs to.
4. Hint shows a ready pair. Three are free per level; after that hints cost petals.
5. Petals come on their own: for pairs, for finished levels and for stars.
6. With no moves left, Shuffle rearranges the rest. One shuffle per level is free.
7. The menu button opens tile sets, sound and music switches and a guide to every tile.
8. The level ends when the table is empty. Three stars if you used no hints at all.
9. Progress saves itself, including to the cloud.
