"I Am the Last..." is the story of a man who survived the end of the world.
After the use of an unknown weapon, soldiers and civilians alike have been transformed into soulless creatures. They walk the streets, holding guns and shooting, without understanding why. The city still exists, but there is no longer any life in it.
The only person who remembers how to be human keeps a diary. It has become his companion—the thing that keeps him from going completely mad in a dead world. The hero writes down his thoughts: of fear, loneliness, and a hope that grows weaker with each passing day.
He doesn't seek victory. He waits for someone to respond one day. And as his pages continue, he continues to walk—among the infected, the ruins, and the silence that crushes him more than any weapon.
