Bid against rivals on the auction board, or grab a listing instantly at a fixed price if you're in a hurry. Pick your repair crew — from "yourself plus your neighbor Tolyan" to the upscale "Euro-Reno" studio — and decide where to cut corners and where to invest. Watch the market: prices swing with crises and buying frenzies, and your reputation unlocks pricier districts, from the industrial zone to the Rublyovka estates.
Take out loans, rent out flats for passive income, upgrade your status, and climb the leaderboard. Simple, addictive mechanics with no steep learning curve — drop in for a couple of minutes, stay for an hour.
How to play
1. Open the auction board and pick a flat — check its size, condition, and starting price. 2. Place a bid and outbid rivals, or buy instantly at a fixed price if you don't want to wait. 3. Send the flat for renovation: choose a crew and a repair tier for each room — economy, standard, or premium. 4. Wait for the renovation to finish, then list the flat for sale or rent it out for passive income. 5. Reinvest your profit into new deals, take loans when cash runs low, and unlock higher-status districts as your reputation grows. 6.
