About game
Cubra is an arcade where the classic snake meets 2048. Your snake is made of power-of-two cubes: the head eats blocks on the field, equal cubes merge and double, and the merge wave rolls down the tail all the way back to the head.
There are 40 snakes in the arena at once: you and 39 rivals with different personalities — hunters, peaceful grazers and careful cowards. Hit a weaker snake head-on and it shatters into blocks you can collect. Sneak in from the side and bite a piece off someone's tail.
Surprise orbs roll between the blocks: points, a speed boost, a magnet — or a mine that arms behind your back and chases the nearest head.
Points for everything you eat and every win go into a shared bank: between rounds, upgrade your starting head size, speed and block magnet. The further you get, the bigger the numbers — there is no cap.
A round lasts as long as you stay alive. Can you become the biggest snake in the arena and reach the leaderboard?
How to play
Steer with one finger or the mouse: the snake's head follows the cursor. — Eat blocks with a number no bigger than your head. A bigger block can't be eaten — it just gets pushed away. — An eaten cube joins the start of your tail. Equal neighbouring cubes merge and double; when a cube catches up with your head, the head doubles too. — In a head-to-head clash the bigger head wins. The loser shatters into blocks. — You can bite a rival's tail: a segment no bigger than your head becomes yours, and the rest of their tail spills onto the field. — Orbs on the field give points, a speed boost or a magnet, but some of them hide a mine: it arms once you drive away and chases the nearest head — outrun it in a straight line. — After you lose, you can continue the round once or double your run score by watching an ad. Between rounds, visit the shop: starting head number, speed and the magnet are bought with points earned across all runs.Game info
