Not every brainrot that comes in for treatment is a normal patient. Check every visitor carefully, look for suspicious details, and don't miss any anomalies.

How to play
🖥️ On PC W A S D — move your character Space — jump Right Mouse Button — hold and move the mouse to rotate the camera E — interact with patients and objects SHIFT — Sprint 📱 On Mobile Left joystick — move your character Swipe on the right side of the screen — rotate the camera Arrow button — jump Hand button — interact Item button — use an item 🧠 Goal of the Game Take in brainrots and carefully check every patient. If everything looks normal, treat them and continue your shift. If you notice an anomaly, don't admit the patient! 🚫 Keep an eye on the hospital: strange changes can happen at any moment. 👁️ Try to survive as many shifts as possible. 🏆 The more shifts you survive, the higher you'll climb on the leaderboard!
