About game
Block Chop is a block puzzle on an 8×8 board with four pieces in the tray. Pack them to close a row or a column — the line shatters, your streak grows, and the fire grows with it: from a working ember to a bright blue blaze at the top of the combo. No timer: the board waits as long as you need.
A tap on a tray piece rotates it. One move per run can be undone for free, a second one after a rewarded video. The run ends when none of the four pieces fits.
Beyond the base board are rooms with rules of their own: gems, colour orders, creeping ice you have to cut through, and a prize room that runs all of it at once. Each room has its own block colours, its own fire and its own starred record.
Also inside: four themes — day and evening from the start, gold and platinum unlocked with stars; a daily run with a calendar, and a leaderboard for every room.
How to play
Goal. Fill whole rows and columns of the 8×8 board — a full line is chopped away and scores.
Controls. Drag a piece from the tray with a finger or mouse. Tap a piece in the tray to rotate it. The undo button rolls back your last move, once per run for free.
Combo. A chop raises the streak by the number of lines cut: four at once means ×4 straight away. While the streak holds it multiplies both chops and every piece you place. A drop without a chop breaks it; one such drop is forgiven.
Rooms. Unlocked with stars. Collect gems in the jewel room, serve colour orders in the order room, cut through ice with two chops in the glacier, and face all three in the aurora.
The end. A run is over when none of the four pieces fits. The score goes to the room's record and the leaderboard.
