About game
Ambulance Rush: City Shift is a fast 2D pixel art arcade game. You drive an ambulance through a rainy night city, respond to calls, pick up patients, and bring them to the central hospital.
Traffic, sharp turns, and a ticking timer stand in your way. Use the siren, avoid crashes, choose smart routes, and deliver each patient as quickly as possible.
After every successful shift, choose an upgrade: more speed, better handling, stronger siren, extra protection, or useful bonuses. Each new run becomes harder, and your goal is to last as long as possible and set a new high score.
How to play
Desktop controls: WASD or arrow keys — drive. Space — siren boost. Esc — pause. Mobile controls: Left joystick — drive. Right button — siren.Game info
