Defend your alchemist's shop from waves of monsters! Alchemist's Shop: Rune Defense blends fantasy tower defense with roguelike upgrades and survival strategy. Build your defenses, then join the fight by aiming and throwing alchemical vials yourself.
Place towers on rune spots, spend gold on upgrades and choose cards between waves. Combine elements to trigger alchemical reactions and find powerful combinations against slimes, rats and armored enemies. When the horde closes in, unleash Overload!
Between runs, brew potions from collected ingredients, unlock permanent talents in the laboratory and customize your mannequin's equipment. Test your strategy against bosses, push further in Endless mode or take on the Daily Challenge.
Try new builds, adapt your defenses and beat your best wave. Every choice can turn a struggling defense into a monster-stopping machine.

How to play
Protect the mannequin at the center of the arena and keep its health above zero as enemy waves attack. Before a wave, select an empty rune spot to buy a tower with gold. Select a built tower to upgrade it. You can only build and upgrade during preparation between waves. Towers attack automatically. On desktop, aim with the mouse and click to throw a vial. Hold the left mouse button for repeated throws. On mobile, tap a target or hold your finger on the arena. Accurate hits deal extra damage. Choose upgrade cards between waves and combine elemental effects. Read cursed cards carefully: their bonuses can come with drawbacks. When the Overload meter is full, activate it with the on-screen button or Q. Press Space or the wave button during preparation to start the next wave. After each run, invest in permanent talents and brew potions to prepare for your next attempt.Game info
