Explorations confirm the presence of an anomalous entity, designated SCP-087-1—a face lacking a mouth, nostrils, or eyes. Its nature and behavior remain unclassified.
Following Exploration IV, external auditory anomalies were documented. Access to SCP-087 is now prohibited.
This is a first-person psychological horror game.
