SUYBCYL (Shape Up Your Body To Create Your Life) takes you on a journey of physical and personal growth through a realistic running simulation.
Running becomes the key to changing your life. Characters start their journey with a low level of fitness, but with each level, they become more enduring, stronger and more confident. Every step and every obstacle overcome is not just progress in the game, but a step towards a new self.

How to play
ℹ️ When you start the game for the first time, choose a character. Choose carefully as you will not be able to change your choice. ℹ️ Choose a course from the available tracks and start running! Running a level uses up Tonus, which is regenerated over time or by watching adverts, ℹ️ New levels are unlocked for coins earned by completing a course. ℹ️ To start a run, click the left mouse button or press W on the keyboard. The character will run automatically, so you don't have to keep pressing W. ℹ️ Use the A and D keys, or the joystick if playing on a mobile device, to control your character's rotation. ℹ️ To speed up the track, press the big yellow energy button. Energy will be consumed as you use it but will regenerate over time. ℹ️ A character's level affects not only their form but also their physical parameters, which are reflected in their running levels. ℹ️ Be sure to click/tap on the cage with the HAMSTER, it will be glad to have your attention!Game info
