The city is full of gangs, cops, soldiers and robots. You need to stop the mob from ruling the city, and you can do this by completing main missions and getting rewards. You can also earn money by winning races.
The main missions are to stop criminals, restore justice and stop the mafia. The first part of the game is a story mission where you need to stop criminals. In this part of the game you need to use different weapons to shoot the enemies. The second part is the free roam part where you can explore the city.
