Checkers movement rules: The first move in the game is made by the player playing white. A simple checker moves only diagonally forward to the adjacent field. The queen moves to any of the free squares diagonally in any direction. Capturing the opponent's checker is done diagonally in any direction. When capturing, it is necessary to take the maximum possible number of opponent's checkers. A checker that has reached the last horizontal row from the player becomes a queen.
