Yandex presents its first wearable AI device and the My Memory feature

The company has introduced Yandex Drops, earbuds featuring its Alice AI assistant. Sales are set to begin in the first quarter of 2026.

The device gives users access to AI beyond smartphone and computer screens: they can speak to the assistant whenever they need it. The My Memory feature helps users organize personal tasks and thoughts, while the earbuds make saved notes available hands-free. Users can record notes and return to them at any time with a voice command.

In October, Yandex announced plans to enter the wearable AI device market. Yandex Drops is the first product in this category, expanding the range of tasks people can use AI assistants for. With the earbuds, users can ask Alice AI questions and receive answers on the go, without having to take out their phone. The device also supports familiar AI-assistant features available on Yandex Stations, such as music control.

Yandex also previewed how My Memory works on wearable devices. Anything users ask Alice to save — plans, tasks, or stray thoughts — appears in the Alice AI chat as structured notes and reminders. For example, users can ask Alice to remember which documents they still need to collect for a visa, which movie a colleague recommended, or what time a courier is arriving tomorrow. They can return to these notes in the Alice AI chat or via the earbuds' voice interface.

The Yandex Drops earbuds are set to go on sale in the first quarter of 2026.

All visuals are available on Yandex Disk.
